Job summary

TradeWinds Resort on St. Pete Beach is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to coordinate and supervise all aspects of food production, while maintaining profitable F&B operations and high quality products and service.

You will train staff, enforce SOPs, help create menus with the Executive Chef and Director of F&B, monitor food costs, ensure health department compliance, and lead kitchen staff through busy service.

Qualifications

• 2–4 year culinary degree and 4+ years progressive hotel/F&B experience.
• Previous supervisory responsibility required.
• Knowledge of F&B prep, health regulations and liquor laws.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all phases of kitchen operations.
• Train staff and ensure adherence to SOPs and menu standards.
• Monitor food quality, cost controls and reporting.
