Job summary

Destination by Hyatt Tempe Mission Palms is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to help run a hotel kitchen, ensuring consistent, quality products and timely guest service. You will oversee hourly cooks and support the Sous Chef, applying culinary basics, cost awareness, and strong communication.

The role requires leadership, reliability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Person has basic skills in department training and is capable of assuming department responsibilities in the absence of the Sous Chef. Skills and knowledge to include culinary education, basic cost control understanding, basic communication, leadership skills and computer skills. May assist in monitoring payroll costs & overtime. Responsibilities include supervising hourly cooks.
