Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Culinary Supervisors to join our team at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate is an experienced Cook who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional food service and culinary excellence to guests.

The role pays $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, with a benefits package and weekly pay. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience as a Line Cook, including supervisor/lead role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities in a kitchen setting.
• Must be able to obtain Food Safety Manager certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food prep while maintaining quality, plating, and sanitation standards.
• Ensure portions, recipes, quality, and procedures are followed by kitchen staff.
• Supervise all kitchen staff and food production in their area.
