Residents enjoy amenities including a fitness center, pool, pub, theater, and gourmet dining.We are currently hiring a Culinary Supervisor to join our culinary team and help provide a great dining experience for our residents.Pay & ScheduleWage: $24.50-$25.50/hourFull-TimeSchedule: 11:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m.Every other weekendAlternating holidaysWhat You’ll DoCoordinate and supervise the daily work of culinary team members.Help ensure meal service runs smoothly and on time.Train and support staff on food service, sanitation, and department procedures.Monitor portion sizes, food presentation, and proper food temperatures.Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met.Oversee the timely start of meal service for residents and guests.Open and close the culinary department according to established procedures.Assist with food preparation and meal service as needed.Help with the setup and service of special events and catered functions.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.Provide support and direction to culinary staff throughout the shift.Help create a positive dining experience for residents and guests.What We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Previous food service supervisory experience preferred.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Ability to train, mentor, and support team members.Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.Dependable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Ability to stand for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.“At Episcopal Homes of Minnesota, we value a diverse, inclusive workforce and we provide equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees.
