Job summary

Episcopal Homes of Minnesota seeks a Culinary Aide to join our culinary team in a senior living campus in St. Paul. You will help set up dining areas, assist residents with meal selections and delivery, and provide friendly service to residents and guests during meals.

You will also clear tables, stock dining and food service areas, and maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation. This role requires flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas and ensure they are clean, organized, and ready for meal service.
• Assist residents with meal selections and meal delivery.
• Provide friendly and prompt beverage service.
• Clear plates and dining items throughout meal service.
• Maintain stocked and presentable dining areas, kitchen spaces, and equipment.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
• Work closely with culinary team to keep meal service running smoothly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Our vibrant campus offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Home Care services. Residents enjoy access to amenities including a fitness center, pool, pub, theater, and gourmet dining.We are currently hiring a Culinary Aide to join our culinary team. This position plays an important role in creating a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable dining experience for our residents and guests.Wage: $19.09-$19.75/hr.Schedule: 4 days working 9:00am-5:00pm and 2 days working 6:00am-2:30pm.
