Job summary

Sur La Table is hiring a Sales Associate to inspire customers through their culinary journey, deliver an outstanding guest experience, and support daily operations while helping to drive sales with product knowledge.

You will engage guests, stay current on offerings, assist in onboarding new teammates, and ensure accurate transactions using the POS system. Flexible 12–16 hour weeks include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems preferred.
