• Set up workstation and equipment, fill dish machine, check chemical levels, and prep for the station.
• Clean designated equipment such as hoods, filters, steam tables, carts, ovens, sinks, and cafeteria areas.
• Check equipment condition and inform supervisor of hazards or security threats to guests or assets.
• Empty trash, transport garbage to dump sites, and follow recycling rules.
• Set up and monitor the pot sink according to procedures.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floor after meals and spills.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, report safety issues.
• Receive and inspect food/beverage/non-food items; store and rotate stock.
• Document receipt, storage and disbursement; forward invoices to Accounting.
• Issue merchandise and supplies; assist departments with storerooms as needed.
