Job summary

Umpqua Indian Development Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented kitchen support team member to clean dishes, pots, and pans promptly and maintain orderly back-of-house operations in a hotel/restaurant environment.

The role assists supervisors and cooks with daily tasks, stocking, prep support, and adherence to safety procedures while maintaining a professional relationship with all staff members and complying with established policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work area following industry standards.
• Assist cooks in prep work and stay current on policies and procedures.
• Provide input to foster process improvement within the department.
