Job summary

Thompson Austin is seeking a Culinary Steward/Dishwasher to maintain the cleanliness of hotel china, silverware, and cookware. The role requires good communication and the ability to lift moderate weight in a fast-paced environment.

You will support the kitchen team, assist during banquets, and help keep back-of-house areas spotless. This full-time position offers hourly pay of $18 with benefits, including health plans, 401(k), paid time off, and free meals during shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the entire dishwashing area.
• Maintaining a spotless and sparkling clean back-of-house environment.
• Assisting the kitchen team with deep cleaning tasks.
• Providing support wherever needed.
• Aiding the kitchen during banquet events as required.
• Ensuring cleanliness across all food and beverage areas of the hotel.
