Job summary

Hyatt Regency Austin is seeking a dedicated Steward/Dishwasher to join our Stewarding team. The role focuses on keeping all hotel china, silverware, and cookware impeccably clean and ready for service during events in a fast-paced setting.

Shift availability includes afternoons and evenings, with weekend and holiday coverage. Training and dining benefits are part of Hyatt’s generous employee program at this downtown Austin property.

The Steward/Dishwasher is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware. This person must have the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate amount of weight. This is a fast-paced position that may involve some customer interaction. Stewards may also assist with plating and moving food for events and therefore, Food Handlers Certification is required.

Open availability required, including weekends and holidays is required for this position. Shifts will be primarily in the afternoon and evening.
