Greystone Golf & Country Club in Birmingham, AL seeks a kitchen steward/dishwasher to support the culinary team in delivering fine dining experiences for Members. You will maintain a clean kitchen, assist with food prep, and ensure a spotless, organized dish area to uphold guest satisfaction.

Role requires teamwork, food safety, and reliable scheduling including weekends and evenings. Pay is hourly, with opportunities to grow within the kitchen brigade and participate in club operations.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-related kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and in a team environment.
• Must be able to work as part of a team and recognize the importance of each member's role.

Responsabilités

• Maintains a clean kitchen, washes and sorts dishes, and preps foods as needed.
• Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
• Keeps floors clean and dry throughout the shift.
• Washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware and containers.
• Changes water in machines/sinks and uses chemical dilutions per EcoLab.
• Assists in storing food deliveries and maintains storage areas.
• Supports chef with duties as requested.
