Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining sanitation standards in a kitchen.
• Ability to operate dishwashing equipment and load racks.
• Willingness to assist in Back Aisle when needed.
• Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and glassware.
• Operate the dishwashing machine and manage rack loading.
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and trays as needed.
• Restock paper towels and soap in all kitchen areas.
• Clean floors, walls, racks, sinks, and vents as scheduled.
• Assist in Back Aisle to support the team.
• Empty trash and ensure bins are clean before return.
