Job summary

The Grand Hotel Golf Resort and Spa, Autograph Collection in Alabama’s Gulf Coast invites a dedicated Steward (Dishwasher) to join our premium kitchen team. You will ensure cleanliness, organize supplies, and support food preparation by keeping cookware and stations spotless and ready for service.

With 1–3 months of kitchen experience preferred and a high school diploma, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork, reliability, and attention to sanitation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months of kitchen or similar experience is a plus.
• Frequent standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Scrape and pre-clean dishes before loading into the dishwasher.
• Operate dishwashing machinery and maintain proper cleaning solutions.
• Hand wash pots and pans; ensure cleanliness and readiness for use.
