Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Manager in Ryan, OK to lead dining operations, develop team performance, and maintain client relationships. You will manage P&L, drive efficiency, and ensure safety and quality across service lines.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience
• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain client/customer rapport for mutually beneficial relationships
• Excellent customer service using Aramark’s service model
• Ability to work with other departments for unified service
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lb and standing for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop dining team using Aramark’s coaching model
• Identify client needs and communicate progress
• Manage P&L statements and meet client financial targets
• Control food and labor costs to improve margins
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards across operations
• Oversee front-of-house dining operations with the Food Service Director
• Direct food service activities to deliver a finished product to customers
• Train the team to follow operational excellence fundamentals
