Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb.
• Experience with Aramark service model and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members using Aramark coaching model.
• Engage clients and communicate operational progress.
• Manage P&L statements and help meet financial targets.
• Improve efficiency, control costs, and manage margins.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate front-of-house dining operations with the Food Service Director.
• Plan daily team briefings and oversee production quality.
