Job summary

AgeWell Senior Living is seeking a Food & Beverage Director to oversee daily dining room service and culinary operations in a senior living community. You will plan weekly menus, ensure high standards of sanitation, and manage inventory, cost controls, and staff performance.

• Degree in Culinary Arts preferred.
• Serve Safe certification or willing to become certified within 90 days of hire.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dining room service and culinary operations to meet budget and quality standards.
• Plan weekly menus in coordination with diet guidelines and community events.
• Ensure sanitation and safety regulations are followed; conduct regular inspections.
• Maintain accurate food service reports and manage inventory and vendor relations.
• Lead and develop culinary staff; recruit, orient, train, and evaluate team members.
