Claiborne Senior Living is seeking an experienced Culinary Services Director to lead all aspects of our dining operations, delivering nutritious meals in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. This hands-on leadership role requires ownership of outcomes, integrity, and a commitment to quality culture.

You will oversee menus, staff development, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction while collaborating with clinical and activities teams to create memorable dining

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience in food service, hospitality, senior living, or healthcare.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of nutritional guidelines, special diets, and food service best practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all dining services operations, including quality, service, sanitation, and safety.
• Develop and implement menus that meet residents' nutritional needs and preferences.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal food service, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise dining services team members.
• Manage food and supply inventory within budget guidelines.
• Maintain clean, welcoming dining areas and kitchen spaces.
• Partner with Activities team to plan events and themed meals.
• Communicate with residents, families, and staff to address feedback.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and drive improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement in service standards, presentation, and dining experience.
