Claiborne Senior Living is seeking an experienced Culinary Services Director to lead all aspects of our dining operations for residents. This hands-on role delivers high-quality, nutritious meals in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, fostering a culture of ownership, integrity, and continuous improvement.

You will manage a culinary team, collaborate with clinical and operations teams, plan menus, monitor satisfaction, and ensure regulatory compliance, all while maintaining exceptional

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience in food service, hospitality, senior living, or healthcare.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of nutritional guidelines, special diets, and food service best practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to remain focused and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire).

• Partner with the Activities team to plan special events and themed meals.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to address feedback and concerns.
