Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• General knowledge of cleaning and sanitation.
• Maintains food handler permits as necessary.

• Meets state health requirements where applicable.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, wash, and store dishes following procedures.
• Clean and maintain dishwashing area.
• Assist in bussing, serving, and delivering meals.
• Set and clear tables in dining room.
• Assist cooks with cleaning and sanitation tasks.
• Document dishwasher temperature logs as required.
• Keep garbage area clean and move waste to proper dump site.
• Work with culinary team for smooth kitchen operation.
• Complete closing checklist and ensure kitchen is clean.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation practices.
