Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• General knowledge of cleaning and sanitation.
• Maintain food handlers permit as necessary to fulfill state regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Pass criminal record clearance, health screening and TB clearance where applicable.
• Team player with professional and confidential conduct.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, wash, and store dishes following company procedures.
• Maintain an orderly and safe dishwashing area.
• Assist in bussing, serving, and delivery of meals or room trays as needed.
• Setting and clearing tables in dining room.
• Assist cooks with cleaning and daily duties in food prep and serving areas.
• Document dishwasher temperature log at required times.
• Maintain safety and sanitation practices per policies.
• Cross-trained as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
