Job summary

TRDI seeks a dependable Food Service Worker to assist in food preparation, serving from counters and steam tables, and to keep stations clean and sanitized in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

You will follow recipes, operate kitchen utensils, restock supplies, and interact with customers while adhering to safety and HACCP guidelines. This role requires standing long hours and flexibility for shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a commercial food service environment.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Reads recipes and product directions.
• Prepares and serves hot and cold foods and stores them safely.
• Maintains clean and sanitized workstations and equipment.
• Assists in stocking and restocking supplies and beverages.
• Follows safety procedures and allergy training requirements.
