Job summary

Responsibilities

• Read recipes and product directions.
• Estimate food requirements.
• Operate kitchen utensils to weigh, measure, mix, wash, trim and prepare food.
• Prepare hot and cold foods and store properly.
• Inspect workstations for service standards.
• Maintain records and requisition supplies/equipment.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and stations.
• Assist in serving and stocking food items.
• Interact with customers in serving areas.
• Assist with opening containers and cutting food as needed.
• Wash dishes and clean surfaces.
• Attend safety and allergy in-service training.
• Adhere to HACCP policies and procedures.
• Other tasks as directed by supervisor.
