Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required.
• Strong integrity and teamwork.
• Able to manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Good math and basic numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador and educate customers about Wild Fork products.
• Develop product knowledge to suggest recipes and cooking tips.
• Provide a personalized shopping experience and assist at checkout.
• Stock, rotate products, and manage inventory in a cold environment.
• Process ecommerce orders and ensure timely handouts for deliveries.
• Stand/walk 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
