Job summary

JBS Foods is seeking a Wild Fork Team Member to deliver a memorable guest experience and develop product knowledge. Training to be a personal chef and friendly butcher will help you recommend dishes and proteins. You will handle inventory, replenish stock, and support online order picking and packing.

Applicants should enjoy cooking, be able to work in a very cold environment, and commit to a flex schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, not required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant.
• Demonstrates integrity, teamwork, and ownership of outcomes.
• Strong time management, prioritization and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador, enthusiastic about our quality products and educate customers.
• Become a product and culinary expert through training and tips on cooking our protein.
• Provide a personal, butcher-friendly shopping experience for customers.
• Assist customers at checkout and deliver a memorable experience.
• Stock duties: lift up to 50lb, rotate products, order, dust, clean.
• Oversee price changes and operate cash register as required.
• Process e-commerce orders and coordinate timely delivery handouts.
• Work in a very cold environment and perform monthly inventory in walk-in freezer.
