Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; not required, but preferred.
• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong teamwork, integrity and urgency in delivering results.
• Ability to meet seasonal peaks with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador and educate customers about Wild Fork values.
• Become a product and culinary expert with recipes and cooking tips.
• Provide a butcher-friendly shopping experience with personalized service.
• Assist customers at checkout and deliver a memorable experience.
• Stock items, rotate products, order, dust, and maintain the walk-in cooler.
• Oversee price changes and operate the cash register.
• Process e-commerce orders and coordinate timely handouts for deliveries.
• Work in a very cold environment, including freezer-related tasks.
