Wild Fork is seeking a Team Member to deliver a memorable guest experience and become a personal chef and friendly butcher through training. You will learn product knowledge, assist customers, handle online orders, and support inventory to keep our fresh meats available.

Responsibilities include stocking, checkout, cashier duties, and adhering to safety standards in a cold environment. Prior retail or food-service experience is valued and a passion for cooking helps you excel.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador - enthusiastic about our quality products and educate customers on what Wild Fork stands for.
• Become a product and culinary expert through training to provide recipes and tips on how to cook our protein.
• Provide a butcher-friendly shopping experience by personalizing every step of the way.
• Assist customers at checkout and deliver a memorable experience.
• Perform stocking duties, rotate products, and manage inventory in the walk-in freezer.
• Oversee price changes and cash register operations as required.
• Process e-commerce orders and ensure timely handout for deliveries.
