Job summary

Wild Fork is seeking a Retail Store Associate to deliver a memorable shopping experience and become a personal chef and butcher-in-training. You will learn product knowledge to recommend proteins and assist customers with online orders and in-store purchases.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lb, work in a cold environment, and maintain a flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends. Prior customer-service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a broad audience.
• Work with integrity, teamwork, and urgency to deliver results.
• Take ownership and show dependability in daily tasks.
• Fundamental math and ability to meet seasonal peaks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador – share product knowledge and educate guests about Wild Fork values.
• Become a product and culinary expert to provide great recipes and cooking tips.
• Provide a butcher-friendly shopping experience with personalized service.
• Assist customers at checkout and ensure a positive experience.
