Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to listen to customer needs.
• Work with integrity as a TEAM toward a shared vision and take ownership.
• Able to meet seasonal peaks and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador and educate customers about Wild Fork Foods.
• Become a product and culinary expert, offering recipes and cooking tips.
• Provide a personalized checkout experience and assist customers.
• Stock items, manage inventory, and rotate products for freshness.
• Process e-commerce orders and oversee timely product handout for deliveries.
• Work in a very cold environment and assist with monthly in-store inventory.
