Job summary

Wild Fork Foods is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver a memorable customer experience and act as a knowledgeable butcher and personal chef. You will learn product expertise, assist customers, and manage stocking, pricing, and online order processing.

Starting wage is $18.00 per hour with monthly bonus potential. The role involves working in cold environments, lifting up to 50 pounds, and flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated teamwork and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador – educate the consumer on what WFF stands for.
• Become a product and culinary expert through training classes to provide recipes and tips.
• Provide a butcher friendly shopping experience by personalizing every step.
• Assist customers during checkout and deliver a memorable experience.
• Stocking duties including lifting up to 50 lb, rotating products, dusting, and cleaning store.
• Oversee price changes and manage cash register as required.
• Process e-commerce orders and coordinate timely product hand-out for deliveries.
• Work in an extremely cold environment, including walk-in freezer operations.
• Performs other related duties.
