Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write and do basic math.
• Must be able to use a calculator and food thermometer.
• Must follow directions and maintain sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Pan variety of simple meats, prepare casseroles, open cans, and handle frozen foods.
• Assist on serving lines as needed and slice deli meats.
• Take food to serving lines and replenish as needed.
• Store and date food items and complete CSI paperwork for production sheets.
• Grill hamburgers and cheese sandwiches; observe safety and sanitation standards.
