Job summary

Wind Creek Hospitality in Atmore, Alabama is seeking a Kitchen Worker to support our restaurant program by cleaning ware and equipment and assisting with food preparation under the Culinary Team's direction.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to strict hygiene standards at all times.
• Cleans and maintains the dish room and kitchen areas.
• Able to bend, squat and lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Willing to work odd hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to strict hygiene standards at all times.
• Cleans and maintains the dish room and kitchen areas.
• Maintains a friendly and courteous demeanor.
• Informs kitchen leadership of inventory/supply needs.
• Ensures the physical condition of the premises is maintained in a safe, healthy manner by performing cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Ensures that all operating policies and procedures are adhered to at all times without deviation.
• Be extremely knowledgeable of Minimum Internal Control Standards and Fiscal Policies and Procedures.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
