Job summary

Alliance Health Center in Meridian, MS is seeking friendly, compassionate team players to join our culinary team. You will assist patients with menu selection and deliver their meals in a timely fashion, providing excellent customer service to ensure every patient is satisfied with their meal.

Responsibilities include preparing cold/hot items and condiments, ensuring meals match orders and diet requirements, and supporting the team to run the department efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Preferred: Culinary experience (cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare).

• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients.
• Deliver and collect patient menus in a timely manner.

• Wage: $10/hour
• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Day/Evening/Night shifts available
• Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required
• Location: Alliance Health Care
