Job summary

HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC (USA) at Frye Regional Medical Center is seeking a friendly Patient Ambassador to join the culinary team. You will assist patients with menu selection and deliver meals promptly, ensuring accuracy and diet compliance.

We offer full-time and part-time positions with day, evening, and night shifts. A background check, drug screen, and employment eligibility verification are required to join our healthcare dining team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Healthcare experience in foodservice is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal matching their order and diet requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service to all patients.
• Deliver and collect patient menus in a timely manner.
• Prepare cold/hot items and condiments for meal times.
• Adhere to the facility's health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently.
