Yellowstone Club is seeking Culinary/Pastry Interns for the Winter '26-'27 season in Big Sky, Montana. The role focuses on hands-on culinary training across YC kitchens, with exposure to diverse operations and a commitment to high guest service standards.

Interns work 40+ hours, with potential overtime during busy weeks, and benefit from perks including ski days, housing discounts, and meals. Formal cooking training and ServSafe certification are preferred, and enrollment in a culinary/pastry

Qualifications

• Formal Cook training and ServSafe certification required.
• Currently enrolled in a culinary and/or pastry education program.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and work with different ingredients.

Responsabilités

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and checklists.
• Ensure outstanding guest service and hospitality to members and guests.
• Adhere to safety procedures to maintain a secure environment.
