• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.

• Currently enrolled in a culinary and/or pastry education program

Yellowstone Club is currently seeking interns for our Culinary and Pastry Teams. The position offered is a seasonal position located in Big Sky, Montana.

Culinary/Pastry Intern: You are the next generation of the YC culinary team. Your exposure to all of the diverse kitchens at YC will help you to better define the direction of you that you want to take on your culinary journey. Your willingness to learn new cooking techniques and work with new ingredients is just as important as working side by side with the YC culinary team and broadening your culinary network.
