Great Performances is seeking a highly organized Catering Administrator to support daily operations in our corporate food service and hospitality program. The role ensures seamless coordination between catering, kitchen operations, and client needs in New York.

The ideal candidate will have a background in food service or hospitality with strong communication skills and attention to detail. This full-time, on-site position offers benefits and growth opportunities within our team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering, food service, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage cafe and catering responsibilities simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter Catering orders into CaterXPert.
• Place separate Kosher meal orders as required.
• Create agendas for bi-weekly meetings with the client.
• Maintain SOP document and GP files in the client drive.
• Liaise between client and GP to ensure smooth ordering and delivery.
• Print daily menus and assist with event timelines.
• Coordinate staffing and pantry/waste logs; support monthly events.
