Job summary

• Follow recipes and schedules; perform related duties and cleaning tasks.
• Direct other food service staff in the absence of supervisors.
• Maintain sanitary practices and adhere to regulations.
• Ensure meals meet dietary plans prescribed by physicians.
• Assist with life safety drills and emergency procedures.
