Five Star Parks & Attractions in Lafayette, IN is seeking a dynamic Culinary Manager to oversee the culinary department for our event spaces, restaurant, and snack zones. You will lead a team of event staff, including servers and kitchen staff, ensuring smooth execution and top-tier service for weddings, corporate events, and large rentals.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and a commitment to safety, with weekend/holiday availability and ability to lift 39 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in managing large events in food & beverage.
• Experience in Restaurant/Food & Beverage Management.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 39 pounds.
• Valid driver's license; authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a diverse team of 15-25+ employees, ensuring efficient daily operations.
• Maintain attendance records on a daily basis.
• Maintain inventory and order any necessary items.
• Cover a Manager on Duty shift and open the store once a week.
