Five Star Parks & Attractions in Lafayette, IN is seeking a dynamic Culinary Manager to oversee our culinary department for large-scale events, our restaurant, and snack zone. You will lead event staff and kitchen teams to deliver exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, weekend and holiday availability, and a proven track record in food and beverage management for weddings or corporate events.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in large events in food & beverage, such as weddings or corporate events.
• Restaurant/Food & Beverage management experience preferred; large events a plus.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 39 pounds; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a diverse team of 15–25+ employees and oversee daily operations.
• Maintain attendance records and manage inventory for food and supplies.
• Cover Manager on Duty shifts and open the store once per week.
• Communicate with staff on culture, standards, and updates.
• Ensure safety-focused operations and exceptional customer service.
• Support special projects and holiday events as needed.
