Job summary

Air Culinaire Worldwide seeks a Chef Manager to lead culinary teams, manage kitchen operations, and ensure top-tier food safety and service standards. The role drives profitability while coordinating with the District Manager and operations staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee menu coordination, supplier selection, payroll support, and local promotional activities, while maintaining compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen.
• Current Serve Safe Food Handling Certificate and Allergen Certificate.
• FAA-required onboarding and pre-employment/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen and culinary staff to meet quality and profitability goals.
• Oversee food purchasing, par levels, inventory, and recipe selections.
• Ensure HACCP/food safety compliance and high service standards.
• Lead local sales promotions, client relations, and catering events.
• Collaborate with District Manager and operations teams to optimize performance.
