Canteen is seeking a growth-minded Chef Manager to lead both culinary and food service operations. You will oversee the culinary team, manage inventory and purchasing, and ensure high-quality service in a contract setting.

This role focuses on menu development, cost controls, local sourcing, and sustainability, with opportunities to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Full culinary management of food service operations including inventory, ordering and receiving.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.
• Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with focus on local sourcing.
