Job summary

Culinary Services Group (CSG) is seeking a General Manager to oversee the daily operations for a Company account, reporting to the Regional Vice President. The role requires excellent communication, multi-tasking, and strong leadership to ensure superior food quality and customer service.

Key responsibilities include managing P&L, daily operations, HR functions, scheduling and payroll, and collaboration with the Chef to develop menus and implement culinary programs.

Qualifications

• Five years of foodservice operation experience.
• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Previous experience managing a budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Manages day-to-day operations of the account.
• Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations.
• Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training.
• Maintains relationships with customers, guests and Client.
• Works with Chef and management to create menus and provide top quality food.
• Rolls out new culinary programs with Company marketing and culinary team.
