Five Star Parks & Attractions is seeking a dynamic Culinary Manager to oversee our culinary department for event spaces, restaurant, and snack zones at Malibu Jack's North Richland Hills, TX.

You will lead a team of event staff, kitchen and hospitality professionals, ensuring seamless execution, safety, and exceptional guest experiences. Strong communication and time management are essential, with a track record in managing large events.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of management or supervisory experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required.
• Employee permit to serve alcohol required.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience in large events (wedding receptions, corporate events) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a diverse team of 15-25+ employees daily.
• Maintain inventory and place food orders.
• Cover Manager on Duty shifts, open and close the facility.
• Ensure safety-focused operations and exceptional service.
• Communicate with teams on culture, standards, and updates.
