The Turning Point LLC is a daytime-only restaurant committed to work-life balance, with hours from 7:30am to 3pm. We seek a Culinary Manager who will lead a professional kitchen, drive a high‑performing team, and ensure safe, timely service. This role emphasizes a respectful, collaborative environment and a commitment to quality dishes.

Culinary managers are responsible for adhering to and enforcing all Turning Point policies. Our Culinary Managers “Roll up their sleeves” and work alongside the staff. Create a safe and fun work environment while driving the team to serve perfect dishes properly seasoned, cooked, plated, and delivered expeditiously.

Culinary Manager Information:

• Daily management of 1 shift. No need to ask staff to work a “double” when you close at 3
• No close/open shifts for our managers
• Conduct one full inventory for each period
• Full transparency of the financial performance of the restaurant for your performance-based compensation

• Relocation opportunities within the states we operate in
• Support & communication that is timely and helpful without intruding on your personal time

• Available to work on Holidays and Weekends
• Opportunity for occasional weekends off through approved shift swaps, when staffing permits

Supplemental Pay:

• 13 performance-based bonus payments

Compensation Range:

$45,000 - $60,000 annually with the ability to earn more with bonuses.
