Qualifications

• Must be available on Sundays on a rotating basis.
• Able to bend and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level.
• Must be able to move items up to 30 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with Managers about operational issues.
• Ensures timeliness of operational deadlines and adherence to standards.
• Monitors profitability of restaurant operations.
• Identifies and corrects operational issues.
• Assists with staff training in kitchen area.
• Ensures completion of marketing responsibilities.
• Contributes to positive staff morale.
• Monitors completion of staff training program.
• Ensures safety and security of restaurant and staff.
• Ensures proper handling of food and supplies.
• Treats guests and staff with dignity and respect.
