Capital Ale House in Richmond, VA is seeking an experienced restaurant operations leader to maintain service quality, back-of-house efficiency, and staff development. You will coordinate communication between Assistant Managers and staff, monitor deadlines, and oversee profitability.

Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
Move items up to 30 lbs across the restaurant environment.
Able to remain standing and active for a 12-hour shift, with stair navigation.

Responsibilities

Communicates with Assistant Managers and restaurant staff about quality of service, cleanliness and operational efficiency.
Ensures timely back-of-house financial and operational deadlines are met.
Monitors profitability of restaurant operations and takes action on deficiencies.
Identifies areas of need within the operation and implements improvements.
Assists in staff development to prepare for future growth.
