Job summary

Tommy Bahama in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Island Guide to lead a high-volume kitchen and front-of-house team. As an ambassador of the brand, you will promote seasonal scratch cuisine, craft cocktails, and deliver 5-star service to guests.

Responsibilities include knowledge of menus and recipes, timely execution, coaching teammates, and deploying company training programs to raise performance. Minimum 2+ years in culinary/hospitality, valid food handler card, and a high school diploma or GED

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume culinary/hospitality experience.
• Current food handler’s card and other certifications as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Promote a learning and training environment for kitchen and restaurant staff.
• Possess complete knowledge of food menus/recipes and ensure timely execution.
• Provide constructive feedback and coach kitchen teammates while maintaining open dialogue.
• Support the crew by facilitating company training programs and monitoring team performance.
