Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume culinary/hospitality experience.
• Current food handler’s card and other certifications as required by law.
• Knowledge of all phases of food production and service, including storage, prep, presentation, and timing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to perform other duties to support the business.

Responsibilities

• Create a relaxed destination by promoting a learning and training environment for kitchen staff to ensure culinary and financial success.
• Set the course by ensuring timely execution of all menus/recipes, ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
• Provide constructive feedback to kitchen teammates and maintain open, authentic dialogue with the restaurant team.
• Support the crew by facilitating company training programs and monitoring team performance.
