Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume culinary/hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of food service skills including production, presentation, storage, and time standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to share information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create a relaxed destination and promote a learning environment for kitchen staff.
• Ensure timely execution of all menus/recipes, ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
• Provide constructive feedback and coach kitchen teammates to improve performance.
• Support the crew by delivering training programs and monitoring team performance.
