Job summary

The Umstead Hotel and Spa in Cary, NC seeks a Herons Cook to lead by example in all aspects of Herons production and service. Honing quality, sanitation, and fair treatment of associates, the role requires involvement in daily kitchen operations under the Chef De Cuisine and Sous Chef team.

Requirements include high school or equivalent education and 1–2 years of kitchen experience preferred, plus the ability to obtain any required licenses or permits.

Qualifications
